The primary functions for this position are:
Develop and implement new sales strategies
Approach potential new customers and existing customers to gain new business opportunities and expand existing operations
Drive value - creating insights, recommendations and solutions
Diversify and grow the revenue base and ensure viable options are in place for the long term
It is important to note that this role is a "hunter" role and not a manager role; the person in this role is expected to sell on an individual contributor basis. Further, we need those who have been and continue to be in Bus. Dev. selling SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS, WAREHOUSING SOLUTIONS, and 3PL SERVICES TO MANUFACTURERS and RETAILERS; the verticals in which that experience is needed are Aerospace and Government, Agri-Business, Automotive, Chemical, Consumer Packaged Goods, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Industrial and Technology.
We need candidates who are located anywhere in the U.S. AND CANADA ; NO RELOCATION IS NEEDED
