Field Sales Account Manager

Rockford, IL

The purpose of this position is to create sales goals and strategies to establish new business within the machine tool and metal removal industry. Opportunity Details:

  • Travel likely a minimum of 50% of the time within the United States to represent the company and achieve designated sale goals
  • Research and identify opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain departments to ensure good customer service
  • Recommend improvements to boost performance to the Sales Team
  • Assist customer through product issues by providing technical support

Experience Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent skills and experience is required
  • 5 years of sales experience selling Linear Guiderails
  • 3 years of Customer Service Management System (CRM) experience or equivalent is required
  • Knowledge of MAPICS software is preferred
